Our training is innovative and fun and we specialise in anyone over the age of 65 with or without certain medical conditions.
Designed to help relieve tight muscles, increase range of movement and improve circulation. I offer specialist, deep tissue massages to help promote recovery. The treatments can assist with training goals, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, releasing physical and psychological tension, and general health and wellness.

With over 15 year experience and extensive qualifications including GP referral, exercise and disability and specialist training for older adults, I’m certain we can achieve your fitness goals. As well as providing mobile personal training, I have a space available with some of the best equipment such as kettlebells, viprs, steps, core bags and a space to park.
For those who have a busy schedule or live too far away to meet in person, I offer training on a variety of platforms such as zoom, teams or facetime. We can train from the comfort of your own home with or without equipment. I started this during the pandemic and it proved to be very popular. Some of my clients still prefer this way of training. It provides flexibility and can continue even if you’re taking a break or away on business.
I offer 1-2-1 Pilates sessions, as well as teaching classes at physio flow studio in Portishead. Pilates promotes strength and mobility of all the major muscle groups in the body, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. It is suitable for nearly everyone and is hugely beneficial for injury prevention.
